Qualifications :

Products and Services Director (Asia)

ESI is seeking a Regional Director to oversee, direct and manage the delivery of our training products and implementation services in project management and business analysis across Asia. This is a critical position reporting both to the CEO, Informa Performance Improvement Asia as well as ESI corporate HQ in the US, and will involve close collaboration with all regional ESI offices.

The role comprises the following:
- Manage the delivery, customization and localization of our training curricula and services
- Deliver corporate training programs, seminars, workshops and consultancy in project management
- Provide on-demand subject matter expertise in project management in support of business development and marketing activities
- Manage trainer selection, hiring, on-boarding, ramp and certification
- Establish instructor relations policies and manage trainer team communications
- Monitor and develop instructor performance to achieve client satisfaction targets

Applicants will need:
- Minimum of 12 years experience as a consultant in project, program and portfolio management
- Extensive coaching and training experience
- Deep knowledge of project management methodology and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Project Enterprise
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Masters degree

Preferred:
- Experience in managing a PMO and/or a corporate training function
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Extensive international work experience
- PMP® certification
